William Kentridge – 2012 Dan David Prize Event at Tel Aviv University

Tel Aviv University will host a meeting with artist William Kentridge, 2012 Dan David Prize Laureate for the Present Time Dimension – Plastic Arts. Kentridge will present “A Natural History of the Studio” on June 10th at 12:00 in the Bar Shira Auditorium, Tel Aviv University. The event will be chaired by Prof. Hannah Naveh, Dean of the Yolanda & David Katz Faculty of the Arts, Tel Aviv University, with opening greetings by Prof. Itamar Rabinovich, Chairman of the Dan David Foundation. The event is free and open to the public on a space available basis.

William Kentridge’s “Five Themes” was exhibited at the Israel Museum in Jerusalem from March 4 – June 30, 2012.
