Benny Bashan

Benny Bashan is a subversive fellow with a sentimental streak and a wonderful voice. He’s just issued a new clip “HaErev” – Tonight – and this evening, this moment is a great time to listen:

I first heard Benny at InDNegev (let me know if you spot me in the video, I was out there dancing somewhere way in the back, right behind several hundred others) and more recently enjoyed his unique take on life at Contact Point at the Israel Museum.
