An unusual collaboration uniting Israel, Japan and Spain comes to Tel Aviv Dance on Saturday, November 7th at the Suzanne Dellal Centre. Silvia Duran and her Spanish Dance Company (Israel) and “Sol de España” – the Yoko Komatsubara Spanish Dance Company (Japan) have created a co-production which features dancers from Japan, Israel and Spain.
This interesting mélange includes Danza Espanola – the choreographic style to the music of Spanish composers Albeniz, Granados and De Falla; Regional Spanish Dance and Flamenco, the folklore of Andalucia. Performers from Israel and Spain will accompany the dance with Flamenco guitars and song.
