The Jerusalem Season of Culture has announced that Contact Point will take place at the Israel Museum on Thursday, August 28, 2014 from 20:00 until the very early hours of Friday morning, 3:00 am. The event was originally planned for July 10th, but this summer has taken a turn none of us would wish for, or would have expected.
In the past four years, Contact Point has been a fascinating and different encounter with the museum, and a wonderful summer party. The Jerusalem Season of Culture has decided to hold the event at this later date, despite the fact that celebrations are not on our mind this summer, to enable Contact Point’s main objective to go forward: a unique encounter between the museum, artists in different disciplines, and the visitors. Detailed information on the night’s events, under the artistic direction of Renana Raz, will be available on the Jerusalem Season of Culture website.
