I am on my way to Alaska for two weeks, but Tel Aviv will be on fire with end of summer heat and live music so amazing I am (almost) tempted to spend my vacation here at home! My hottest recommendations:

Hoodna Orchestra featuring Demisu Belete at TEDER (Beit Romano, 9 Jaffa Road)! Alem 7″ vinyl launch concert! Alem, a love song with a seductive beat, was composed by Ilan Smilan (music) and Ethiopian singer-songwriter Demisu Belete (lyrics) in the course of a long-distance collaboration.
