Celebrating 20 years of diplomatic relations between Israel and the Czech Republic, the festival will feature a joint evening of double duets: the Czech <strong>Dot 504 Dance Company<\/strong> with \u201cMah Hunt\u201d and &#8220;Six Years Later&#8221; by Israeli choreographer <strong>Roy Assaf.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Choreographed and performed by Dot 504 founder and artistic director <strong>Lenka Ottov\u00e1<\/strong> and <strong>Pavel Ma\u0161ek<\/strong>, \u201cMah Hunt\u201d takes place in a post-catastrophic world where there are no more animals, except of course, humans. As she dance he would urge her to \u201cromper el piso\u201d \u2013 break the floor \u2013 inspiring the title of the work to be performed at the festival. With a background in the plastic arts and classical ballet, Teshigawara designs the scenography, lighting and costumes for all his performances. In this work, he also edited the soundtrack together with Izumi Nakano. Mirror &amp; Music explores the relationship of the body to music, light and reflection, and features a solo by Teshigawara. The company is known for their visual and physical creativity in creating mesmerizing illusions onstage.
