Guimar\u00e3es, European Capitol of Culture 2012, will host international artists and performers from all disciplines: music, film, photography, art, architecture, literature, theatre, dance and street art.<\/p>\n<p>Spain, China, Germany, France, England, Japan and Mexico will be among the participating countries. \u201cStones\u201d by Yinon Tsafrir has been selected to represent Israel at the festival. Tsafrir is the artistic director of the Orto-Da Theatre, and co-director of \u201cStones\u201d along with Daniel Zaafrani. \u201cStones\u201d will be performed by: Avi Gibson Bar-El, Motti Sabag, Michael Marks, Noga Dangley and Elad Atias.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStones\u201d is inspired by the sculpture \u201cRebel of the Ghettos\u201d created by Natan Rappaport in memory of the Warsaw Ghetto.
