{"id":27292,"date":"2013-08-13T06:00:20","date_gmt":"2013-08-13T13:00:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.midnighteast.com\/mag\/?p=27292"},"modified":"2013-08-28T07:48:25","modified_gmt":"2013-08-28T14:48:25","slug":"ophir-awards-2013-nominations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.midnighteast.com\/mag\/?p=27292","title":{"rendered":"Ophir Awards 2013: Nominations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Stealing the show and the hearts of many (yes, mine too!) this morning in Jaffa were no other than Shaike (Yeshayahu Levi) and Gavri (Gavriel Banai) of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/%D7%94%D7%92%D7%A9%D7%A9-%D7%94%D7%97%D7%99%D7%95%D7%95%D7%A8\/44963515256\" target=\"_blank\">HaGashash HaHiver<\/a>, the Israeli comedy troupe who define a class of their own, classic comedians with hilarious word-play, captivating stage presence and a sense of style, and they sing really well too! HaGashash (the name means &#8220;The Pale Tracker&#8221; in Hebrew) will receive the Ophir Lifetime Achievement Award for 2013. A new category has been introduced this year, in cooperation with the Tel Aviv International Student Film Festival, with an award for Best Short Feature Film.
