The festival returns in its second edition with the theme &#8220;Be the Change,&#8221; and will include workshops jointly taught by Israeli and Palestinian instructors.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Festival grounds in the park will include a camping area with hot showers and toilet facilities. Ticket prices range from 330 \u2013 420 NIS, and include admission to other park attractions.
