Upper Galilee Chorus<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The Lo Bashamayim Festival will take place from July 20 \u2013 22, 2021, at the Tel Hai College in the Upper Galilee. An initiative of the Upper Galilee Regional Council, the festival is a celebration of literature with literary events, outdoor performances, panel discussions, and tours in the region.<\/p>\n
