The Vertigo Dance Company invites the public to take a healing breath and join workshops in Tai Chi, movement for children and their grownups, healing through voice and song, and Gaga classes. The workshops and activities are open to the public free of charge and will take place in a safe space and according to the guidelines of the Home Front. Activities will take place in two locations: The Vertigo Eco Art Village in Kibbutz Netiv HaLamed-Heh, and at the Vertigo Studio in the Gerard Behar Center, Jerusalem. Advance registration is required for participation.<\/p>\n

Artistic Director and choreographer Noa Wertheim is opening her dance work Yama<\/em> to the public for streaming online, free of charge. Wertheim describes the work as relating to water that is trapped, turbulent water enclosed under pressure, capable of bursting out at any minute…the sky in this work is dark and gloomy, yet within it, there is a white glimmer of hope.<\/p>\n

Tai Chi and Chi Kung practice \u2013 appropriate for all, and may help reduce stress and anxiety. Nimrod Koren, artist and Tai Chi teacher.
