Winner of a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.midnighteast.com\/mag\/?p=4818\" target=\"_blank\">Kipod Zahav Fringe Theatre Award<\/a> for the unique lighting design by Iris Mualem and Omer Sheizaf, the set design, lighting and live music are all integral parts of the production.<\/p>\n<p>A couple, Lani Shahaf and Gal Hoyberger, are finally alone together, in a house by the sea. Shahaf and Hoyberger move beautifully through Fosse\u2019s poetic minimalist text, exploring the vast range of emotion and possibilities of what it means to be \u201calone\u201d and \u201ctogether\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;The set is designed in muted colors, with a slightly retro feel that recalls the 70s. Both the play and the set take the ordinary elements of everyday life \u2013 a house, a light fixture, a casual conversation \u2013 and give them a twist that suddenly makes them appear different, perhaps even threatening\u2026an array of light fixtures, the kind that can be found in any living room, yet in this quantity, they transform the living room into an interrogation room, where the tensions, fears and conflicting desires within the seemingly ideal relationship are exposed. Will someone come and interrupt the lover\u2019s idyll? Do they fear or desire intrusions on their privacy?
