Winner of the Monologue Competition<\/strong>, held this year for the first time, is Shani Rottenberg with a monologue from \u201cThe King of Comedy\u201d.<\/p>\nIrit Perry of the Tel Aviv Film School is the winner of the Adam Flint Script Competition<\/strong>, for her treatment titled \u201cNeighbors\u201d.
