The four day festival is a harvest festival of sorts, marking a decade of questions, encounters and shared exploration in Ronen Izhaki\u2019s \u201cKol Atzmotai Tomarna\u201d (from Psalms 35:10 \u201cAll my bones shall say: Lord who is like unto Thee\u201d) project.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKol Atzmotai Tomarna\u201d is a research\/educational project, exploring the connection between Judaism and contemporary dance, spirit and movement, creating a dialogue between religious and secular worlds, and providing a framework for religiously observant men to study dance and train as dance teachers. Further information can be found on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.othermove.com\" target=\"_blank\">\u201cKol Atzmotai Tomarna\u201d<\/a> site.<\/p>\n<p>The first two evenings of the festival, November 8 &amp; 9, will include only male performers onstage, in order to enable religiously observant men to attend the performances.<\/p>\n<p>Four members of \u201cKol Atzmotai Tomarna\u201d will premiere dance works created for the festival: Hanania Schwartz, Ehud Yehuda, Amitai Stern and Alon Ben-Yaakov. The works were created with the artistic guidance of choreographer Arkadi Zaides and Ronen Izhaki.<\/p>\n<p>The program will also include works created for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.midnighteast.com\/mag\/?p=8087\" target=\"_blank\">Mahol BaRuach Festival<\/a>, a joint project of the Choreographer\u2019s Society, Beit Avi Chai and the Lab. The participating choreographers include: Nimrod Freed, Noa Dar, Smadar Imor, Alice Dor-Cohen, Racheli Zohar, Ofra Idel, Tami and Ronen Izahki.<\/p>\n<p>The festival is produced by \u201cKol Atzmotai Tomarna\u201d with the Choreographer\u2019s Society, the Jerusalem Municipality and the Jerusalem Foundation.
