Composer and multi-instrumentalist Ittai Binnun will launch his new EP, HOME, at the Confederation House, Jerusalem on Saturday, April 18, 2026. Founder and leader of the AndraLaMoussia Ensemble, the Ethno-Digital Project Ittai and the Toys, and Yosef ve Ehad, Binnun will perform with his quartet. The festive program is a celebration of music from diverse cultures, both ancient and contemporary. Arabic, Turkish, Indian, African, Klezmer, Jazz, and Rock music, all merge to create new traditions, with a love of improvisation and spontaneity.
The performance relates to the concept of “home” as musical architecture. A Jerusalem native, Binnun is inspired by his home and studio in Ein Kerem, and the city of Jerusalem in its marvelous range of musical and cultural diversity. For Binnun, home is wherever his clarinet goes, it’s the feeling of a shared experience between the musicians and the audience. Home is also the Ittai Binnun Quartet, and the intimacy generated by hours of playing together. The Quartet members are: Joe Taylor (guitar), Michael Mizrahi (bass) and David Dagmi (drums).
The concert will take place in accordance with the guidelines of the National Emergency Portal, in proximity to a protective room.
The concert will take place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 21:00, at the Confederation House, Jerusalem. Tickets may be purchased online from the Confederation House, or call: 02-5399360.
