The Indie music scene in Israel is as wild, creative and exhilarating as the city itself. Indie City is a joint project of Channel 8 and the Tel Aviv Municipality with twenty three clips of indie bands. Celebrating the project and the scene, Indie City went live for White Night Tel Aviv – the energy was amazing! Crowds of people filled the square of the Tel Aviv Museum on June 30, 2011 dancing the night away with back to back sets on two stages. Among those onstage were: Akuka, Botimzog, Eatliz, Aprons & Ram Orion, Antibiotica, Electra, Ed Turner and the Danilof Center, Jack in the Box, Noam Rotem, Yael Deckelbaum, Geva Alon, Rockfour, Uzi Ramirez and Izabo.
