A 15 year friendship between three men is put to the test when Serge purchases an entirely white painting. Mark is shocked and the third friend Ivan is caught in the middle. Asking “what is art” as well as “what is friendship” the play touches on the concerns of many with wit and humor.

The play was first produced in Israel by the Beit Lessin Theatre in 1996 with Yossi Banai, Sasson Gabai and Avi Uriah as the three friends. The current Haifa production features: Natan Datner as Mark, Ohad Knoller as Serge and Norman Issa as Ivan.

Performances will take place at the Haifa Theatre, 50 Pevzner Street, Haifa on December 15, 17,18 & 19, at 20:30. Tickets are 90 – 180 NIS, to order call: 04-8600500.
