SERET Film Festival to Open in London June 14th

SERET the newly launched London Israeli Film & Television Festival will take place from June 14 – 18, 2012. Showcasing the rich diversity of Israeli film and television, the festival will offer a closer look at the current Israeli film scene, and will include discussions with film directors.

Participating films include: Footnote, directed by Joseph Cedar; The Flood, directed by Guy Nattiv; The Queen Has No Crown and I Shot My Love, directed by Tomer Heymann; Fifth Heaven, directed by Dina Rikliss, and 2 Night, directed by Roi Werner. The festival will hold an Industry Day, curated and moderated by Ruth Lev Ari, in which Israeli filmmakers will discuss their recent and future film projects.

SERET is the initiative of three women – Anat Koren, Odelia Mammon Haroush, and Patty Hochman.
