The EPOS International Art Film Festival will take place in an online format this year from June 18 – July 11, 2020. As the festival could not take place in March due to the COVID19 pandemic, the festival films will be available on a dedicated website. The festival explores music, literature, dance, theatre, the visual arts and cinema.
Leading figures in the arts and topics to be presented this year include: Milos Forman; Bernardo Bertolucci; Agnes Varda; Bill Evans; Georges Brassens; Ursula Le Guin; Seamus Heany; Ohad Naharin; Maguy Marin; Fernando Botero; and photojournalist Martha Cooper who documented the graffiti scene in New York City during the 1970s and 1980s. The festival will also feature a selection of new Israeli films on the arts.
Viewing costs will be 20 NIS per film/8 films for 120 NIS/the entire festival program for 240 NIS. The festival website will go live with the full program in the coming days: https://epos.filmart.co.il/
