Ania Brud Tal will be presenting her first major work: Teledoll. Inspired by her observation of new media and the different ways that people interact with the innovations of technology, Teledoll is a work for seven dancers.

Brud Tal was a principal dancer with the Bat Dor Dance Company from 1986 until 1993, when she retired from dance due to a foot injury. A dance teacher and choreographer at Bat Dor from 1993 – 1999, she also created choreography for the Musa Dance Company, taught at the Rubin Dance Academy, Bat Sheva II Company, Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company among other dance institutions; and has been the artistic advisor for several dance projects.

Performances: July 30th at Arison Auditorium, Tel Aviv. Tickets are 85 – 125 NIS; August 7th at Merkaz Habama, Ganei Tikva. Tickets are 125 NIS. Tickets may be ordered online: http://kupatbravo.co.il/announce/21081
